Nice Ceramic Knife.

Very nice. Love the way it came. Box and presentation is very nice, however looks are fine it is what it can do that is important. Excellent ceramic bread knife. Works well on fruits and other items too. I just ordered the 8 inch chef knife. Keep in mind, these knives are to be used as a compliment to your other working knives. Don't use this on really hard items or you will ruin it. I have used it on hard crusty bread, tomatoes and a few other things and it does just fine. Don't use a lot of pressure when you cut with this knife, it is really not necessary.

This is a great set!
So far I didn’t purchase any knives sets because they are too big and massive, this set is classic and I can leave it on my working area with no problem. The knives are sharp and easy to work with.
